Andratx

The villa

Set high above Andratx, this secluded luxury estate enjoys sweeping views across the mountains to the sea. Its meticulously landscaped 60,000 m² grounds offer peaceful walks and inviting retreats, including an outdoor lounge with oversized sofas overlooking garden water features. Stone buildings, arches and columns lend the property a stately character, while terraces on several levels link the residences and provide ample spots for reading and relaxing. A large outdoor dining table and barbecue are ideal for shared meals. On an upper terrace, the 14 x 4 m pool is complemented by comfortable loungers and a private pool house with an outdoor shower and separate toilet. The views from here are exceptional. Inside, 315 m² of tastefully furnished living space is spread across three separate buildings. Fully renovated in 2005, the interiors combine modern facilities with distinctive Mallorcan charm and nostalgic touches.
