The villa
Set in Montefeltro in northern Marche, this rustic 120 m² house sleeps eight on private 5,000 m² grounds. Lunano, shops and restaurants are 5 km away, the lake is 8 km away and the beach is 50 km away. The private pool opens June–August; the owner lives on the same grounds. Urbino, Urbania, San Leo and Gradara are 20–45 minutes away, with hiking and mountain biking nearby. The Rimini–Pesaro coast is around 45 minutes away, and San Bartolo's scenic coast around an hour. Local villages host summer festivals and autumn food celebrations. Inside are a living room and three bedrooms: two with a double and a single bed, and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker; a large kitchen with dining table is on the lower floor. The furnished terrace overlooks the mountains and valley. Heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, high chair and cot are provided. One pet or dog is welcome.
