La vue sur le Mont blanc. La salle de sport. Le parking privé. Le salon. Les salles de bain.
Manque de luminosité. Piscine intérieure très bruyante avec les plongeons incessants des enfants, l'accès au solarium est impossible si on ouvre la porte on ne peut pas revenir à l'intérieur, ça décourage de se baigner.
