The villa
Arcadia 50 is a contemporary hillside villa for six in an exclusive neighbourhood near Cala Ratjada on Mallorca's east coast. Spacious covered terraces and a sunny saltwater pool terrace overlook the Mediterranean and cliffs. The pool has a shallow children's area, and glass balustrades preserve the sea views. Nearby walking and hiking routes invite exploration, with a garage for your hire car. Large windows flood the interiors with light, while blinds and shutters help control the heat. White and natural tones, designer furniture and carefully chosen accessories create an elegant, welcoming setting. Downstairs are two bedrooms, a shared modern bathroom with a bath, an entrance hall and a laundry room. Upstairs, at pool level, are a spacious living room, a generous guest bathroom with a shower and a workspace with laptop connections. The high-specification kitchen and open dining area feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and sea. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total.
