The villa

In rural central Mallorca, Finca Aria has an automatic gate, ample parking and a garage for bicycles and golf equipment. Shaded seating and dining areas surround a large pool with steps, loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. A partly covered terrace offers further dining space, and two rooftop terraces enjoy panoramic views. Quality furniture, including antiques, fills the main living area overlooking the pool. Downstairs are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a children's sleeping area and a guest toilet. Upstairs, the principal suite has a private lounge, bathroom and access to the roof terraces overlooking vineyards and the Tramuntana mountains. Búger's supermarket is six minutes away by car, Alcúdia Bay's sandy beaches 20 minutes and medieval Alcúdia around 25 minutes. Groups under 30 and stag parties are not accepted; bookings may be refused before or during the stay without refund. Managed by a private owner, this property may not be covered by EU consumer protection legislation.
