Bendinat 10

The villa

South-facing Bendinat 10 enjoys abundant sunshine and sweeping views of Palma Bay. Reach the first floor by lift from the garage or an outdoor staircase. A large covered terrace overlooks the pool and Mediterranean, with a portable barbecue for outdoor meals. Palm trees shade the raised pool terrace and its loungers. The bright, open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, while the well-equipped modern kitchen opens onto the terrace. This floor also has a double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and laundry room. Upstairs are three spacious double bedrooms, one en suite, plus two further bathrooms; all bedrooms open onto the upper terrace. Wooden shutters, selected ceiling fans and air conditioning on every floor enhance comfort. Set on a hillside in an upscale residential area, the villa is 20 minutes west of Palma, under five minutes from Portals Nous and its beach, seven minutes from Illetas coves and 2 km from Bendinat golf course.
