The villa

This is a unique property that overlooks the sea in an exceptional unspoiled calm location, “a little slice of heaven!” On the main level is the living room, which has built-in seating, a fireplace, a flat screen TV, and French doors to the balcony with magnificent views overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Next to the living room, an arch separates the dining area. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen. The lower level of the house has four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other three bedrooms share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms open out to the teak patio with beach and sea views. An external staircase leads from the patio to the lower level teak patio with sun deck and comfy sitting area. Opposite the house there is direct access to a small beach with views of the Camarat lighthouse. This villa includes air-conditioning, a barbecue, and a garage suitable for two cars. There are several shared tennis courts available in the hamlet. What a place! There are not many places like this with sea views and direct beach access! This is an amazing villa, walking distance to Chez Camille (best bouillabaisse in the region), and within a 15 minute walk along the costal path to the most famous beach restaurants on Pampelonne bay, such as Le Migon, Cabane Bambou, Club 55, as well as many others. Watching the sun go down over the bay while drinking a glass of rose wine, you can spot all the famous yachts. What a way to finish the day! If you want action then St Tropez is the place. The famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday markets take place offering anything from fruits and vegetables to cashmere and handbags. If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
