Bohemi

The villa

Bohemi accommodates up to eight guests, with a maximum of seven adults and one child. Only a small coastal road and the marina separate it from the Mediterranean. The tiled ground-floor terrace has lounge seating and sunbeds, while a spacious rear terrace offers more reclining space, a dining table and a barbecue. First- and second-floor balconies reveal even finer sea views. An unheated indoor pool occupies a columned hall, with steps into the water and blue mosaics creating a private bathhouse atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten stylish, modern interiors. The living and dining areas flow together, beside a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen with another dining space and direct outdoor access. Glass partitions enhance the sense of space, and a bathroom completes the ground floor. A glass staircase leads to spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, some enjoying lovely sea views. The particularly generous, extensively glazed second-floor bedroom also has room for a sofa area.
