The villa
Once part of an Asturian restaurant, Ca Na Marlis has been carefully restored into a country retreat with a main house and separate bungalows. Secluded gardens offer lawns, shaded corners, loungers and an exotic pool with a small grotto and waterfall. Each house has its own furnished terrace. Bright, modern country interiors include a main-house lounge, dining room, contemporary kitchen with a further dining area and three spacious bedrooms, two en suite. Nearby are terraces, another sitting area and a barbecue. Two bungalows each have a double bedroom and private bathroom. A third rustic bungalow has no bedroom, but offers a small gym, lounge with fireplace, bar and games room with table football. Inca is described as 1 km away, with padel and tennis courts nearby; the northeast coast’s long white beaches are around 25 minutes by car. This privately managed property may not be subject to EU consumer legislation.
