Ca Seppe, Marche Holiday Villa with Private Pool

The villa

In a secluded wooded valley near UNESCO-listed Urbino, Ca Seppe blends traditional Marche stone architecture with modern comfort. A furnished portico, enclosed garden and private pool offer peaceful outdoor living, while exposed beams, stone fireplaces and handcrafted furnishings create a warm interior. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV lounge with a second fireplace, laundry and guest WC. Upstairs are a double bedroom, a room with two bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and a double bedroom with en-suite shower. The family suite connects to this floor but also has its own external staircase and entrance. It includes a double bedroom, private shower room with washing machine, kitchen with fireplace and double sofa bed. The approximately 1,500 m² garden has tall trees, shady spots and green mesh fencing 1.20–1.40 m high. The private infinity pool measures 10 x 5 m and uses oxygen filtration. Pets are welcome.
