The villa

Completed in 2014, this modern yet traditionally Mallorcan stone villa is ideal for families and guests seeking relaxation. Its two-storey terracotta exterior combines traditional arches and a balcony with contemporary architectural details. Newly planted grounds overlook an olive grove and greenery. The shaded covered terrace has a dark woven-rattan lounge with pale cushions and a large glass dining table seating eight, perfect for meals prepared on the barbecue. Steps lead through lawns decorated with wooden sculptures to the 10 x 5 m pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and equipped with an outdoor shower. A separate shallow section, suitable for young children to splash in, connects by steps to the main pool, which is 1.8 m deep. Inside, stylish modern furnishings complement the traditional structure. Vaulted ceilings lend warmth to the spacious living and dining area and kitchen, which flow together in an open-plan layout.
