The villa
Set amid beautiful Mallorcan countryside near Colonia de Sant Jordi, Can Bou enjoys an elevated position and exceptional grounds. Palms, Mediterranean planting, lawns, scenic paths and a decorative pond create an enchanting garden. The 11-metre pool has blue mosaic tiles and easy step access, with comfortable loungers for long afternoons in the sun. The garden swing shown in photographs is no longer available. Ten steps lead from the pool level to spacious, partly covered terraces around the house. Varied seating invites quiet moments or convivial meals, while the raised setting offers lovely garden views over breakfast or a barbecue. A garage keeps your hire car shaded. Inside, generous, light-filled rooms combine tasteful furnishings with high-quality materials, creating an inviting atmosphere centred on an open-plan living and dining area.
