La piscine et le jardin au calme dans la campagne, les alentours, le village de Santa Gertrudis. La grande cuisine et les parties communes spacieuses. Les chambres calmes, avec beaucoup de rangements, bonne literie, climatisation silencieuse. La localisation au centre de l'île.
Équipement de la cuisine à compléter : il manque un grand saladier, des maniques, économe, planche à pain Canapé usé dans le salon.
