The villa
Casa Chiquita is a stylish two-storey detached villa in a quiet residential area of Portocolom, set in 1,400 m² of enclosed grounds. Its beautifully maintained garden offers a private pool, dining and lounge areas, a modern masonry barbecue and a giant draughts game. Downstairs, the lounge opens onto a spacious covered terrace and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen has a pantry, a large dining table and terrace access, with a utility room and guest WC alongside. A double bedroom without air conditioning and a twin bedroom share a shower room. A third bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses, terrace access and an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. Upstairs, the main bedroom features an integrated open-plan shower room and a private terrace with lounge seating. Bedroom heating and air conditioning, where fitted, operate during fixed, limited hours. Wi-Fi and contactless arrival and departure are available. No private parking, pets, smoking or youth groups.
