Casa Olivi sits among its own olive trees in the hills above Umbertide, a generous 400 m² of restored Umbrian farmhouse spread over two floors. Beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and open fireplaces set the tone indoors, where a large sitting room, a country kitchen and a long dining table anchor the house. Six bedrooms sleep up to twelve, and every window frames green valley. Outside, a saltwater pool, shaded terraces and a barbecue make the days easy; Umbertide, Perugia and Assisi are all within an easy drive.
