The villa

Nestled in the heart of Morzine, in the Portes du Soleil massif, Chalet Nevolis spans 310 m² of contemporary living space designed to accommodate up to fourteen people across six bedrooms. This new-build chalet combines authentic materials — old wood, concrete, steel — with warm tones, in a bright and comfortable setting. The property is located approximately 900 metres from the centre of Morzine and 1 kilometre from the Pleney ski slopes; access to the Avoriaz ski area is via the Prodains cable car, roughly 5 kilometres away, by car or shuttle. Inside, the chalet offers a wellness area with sauna, a fully equipped cinema room, and a table tennis table. Outside, a terrace and balcony enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding peaks. Both summer and winter, the location provides quick access to Lake Montriond and Lake des Mines d'Or, as well as the resort's amenities.
