The villa
This detached chalet stands in peaceful Mitterbad near St. Pankraz, on a 1,500 m² plot beside woodland and a mountain stream. Built in 2015 using a natural, sustainable approach, it combines traditional details with modern comfort across 170 m². The bright ground floor has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a guest WC and cloakroom. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with a 200 cm-wide bed, wardrobe, desk and satellite TV. One bathroom has a shower, bathtub and bidet; the second has a shower, and both have toilets. A small wellness area with sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer occupy the basement. The kitchen features a large island, gas hob, raised oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Enjoy the spacious garden after a day outdoors. Dogs are welcome; youth groups are not permitted.
