The villa

Cuaquis sits in manicured gardens near Mallorca's east coast, with lawns and poolside views of the Serra de Llevant. The shallow pool has wide entry steps; shaded dining areas, a portable barbecue and table tennis invite outdoor living. The discreet owner also lives on the 15,000 m² estate, while respecting guests' privacy. Spacious, traditionally styled interiors feature quality furniture. The ground floor has a bright living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room and two en-suite double bedrooms. A cosy library offers space to work. Beside the main house is another living area with broad glass doors opening outdoors. An external staircase leads to the third en-suite double bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and heating runs throughout. Porto Cristo is under 4 km away, with shops, restaurants and nightlife; sandy coves are within a 15-minute drive. Groups aged 30 or under and stag parties are not accepted.
