The villa
Modern, comfortable detached villa on two floors, 280 m from the sea and beach, 8 km from Sorso and 14 km from Castelsardo. Shared outdoor facilities include a fenced 400 m² garden, covered heated pool (4 x 4 m, 90 cm deep; April–October), outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, furniture and barbecue. Shared laundry, parking for three cars and EV charging are available. Groceries are 50 m away, a restaurant 600 m and Eden Beach 400 m. A car is recommended; there is no lift. The stylish 270 m² villa has two living/dining rooms with sofa beds and satellite TVs, four double bedrooms and four shower rooms. Both floors have kitchenettes with ovens, dishwashers, induction hobs, toasters and kettles; the lower one also has a microwave. The upper floor is reached by an external staircase. Enjoy garden, veranda and terrace access, including a furnished covered terrace. Air conditioning, warm-air heating, free Wi-Fi, an iron, mosquito nets and a hairdryer are provided. One pet or dog is welcome.
