Situated in a very quiet location, offering total privacy in a peaceful setting with a with a heated pool, it is the perfect villa to relax and enjoy life, yet close to St Tropez and a 5 minute drive to the beaches The villa, all on one level sleeps 10, in five bedrooms with bath/shower rooms, large open plan large living room with a fireplace, big sofas, armchairs, TV & international channels, and dining area with French doors to the terrace. It is tasteful furnished light with airy rooms, comfortable furniture, and has a modern fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has lots of exterior comfy chairs and tables for dining al fresco with a barbecue looking out towards the extensively planted garden with the heated 12 x 5 m swimming pool and distant sea views. There is a large lawn ideal for children and ample parking. This region thrives with all sorts of activities and attractions, white sandy beaches and spectacular coastal views only a few minute drive from the villa such as the famous Pampelonne bay with its famous beach restaurants such as Club 55. St Tropez is just a 10 minute drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colorful market on Tuesday & Saturday, or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle.
