The villa
Built in 2019, this detached chalet stands on a quiet private road at the entrance to Selva di Val Gardena, surrounded by 1,000 m² of meadow. The owners live in a separate ground-floor flat, unavailable to guests. The basement has a bike/ski room with heated boot dryer, a food-storage cellar and a small Finnish sauna. Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen adjoins a spacious dining/lounge area with a six-metre table, satellite TV, board games and Wi-Fi. An entrance cloakroom is also provided. The first floor has two double and two four-bed rooms, each with a shower room, satellite TV and balcony. The slightly sloping attic has one double and two triple rooms, all with balconies and TVs; two have private bathrooms, while the third has running water and a separate shower/WC. The private garden offers loungers, outdoor furniture, parasols, a barbecue and parking for eight cars. Guests receive free public transport and entry to the MarDolomit swimming pool, around 5 km away.
