The villa
Es Norai occupies a 700 m² plot, just 500 metres from the centre of Cala Ratjada. Its spacious, thoughtfully arranged terrace is filled with Mediterranean plants in beds and pots. A small lawn with loungers offers a relaxing spot after a swim in the pool. Around the house, inviting seating and airy shaded areas include a pavilion-style outdoor dining space with a long table, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or evening barbecues. Renovated in 2013, the house has three bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge. The lounge features a generously sized sofa for reading or watching films, plus a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. The practical kitchen includes a small dining table seating four or five. Beside the lounge, the main dining area has a glass-topped table, distinctive lighting and lovely outdoor views. The three bedrooms are pleasantly bright and restful.
