Four bedrooms sleep eight guests, including one with an en-suite bathroom. S'Horta is nearby for shopping, as are Portocolom and its lively weekly market. The sandy beaches of Cala Sa Nau and Cala d'Or are less than ten minutes away by car. Air conditioning operates only from 22:00 to 04:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. The property is managed by a private owner rather than a business, so EU consumer protection legislation may not apply.
