The villa
Above the fishing village of Alcalá in southwest Tenerife, this exclusive finca sits among mountains and banana plantations, 100 metres above sea level. Six individual residences occupy a private 10,500 m² estate without neighbours, reserved entirely for your group. Inside are six fully equipped kitchens, nine bedrooms, two sofa beds, seven bathrooms and two guest toilets. Each apartment has a furnished terrace. Outdoors, enjoy a pool heated to around 27°C, loungers, parasols, a hot-water spiral shower and a self-service bar area. Children have a large sandpit. The walled grounds feature a motorised gate, garage, shaded parking and ample additional parking. Alcalá and its inviting bay are a 10-minute walk away; Abama golf course is 6 km away, with other golf courses and southern attractions around 30 minutes by car. Suitable for family celebrations, anniversaries, meetings and incentive trips, the finca also offers a washing machine and complimentary fruit and vegetables.
