Beautiful villa of 130m2 built in one level. The villa is located very close to the road of San José to San Antonio, about only 2 minutes by car from the village of San José. The plot is fenced and has 750m2 which gives an intimacy feeling to the clients. The villa is suitable for families or for couples. It is possible to walk to the village of San José, only about 1,2km. All the beaches of the west coast are only 10 minutes away by car. The bus stop is only 5min away walking. Style and looks, enough space, nice garden, location, proper cleaned and sufficient dishwasher tablets, availability of washing machine, enough plates/cups etc. The Villanovo team provides good services.
No shaker, soft beds, mixer was broken, no toiletpaper hanger, loud highway next to the villa.

La climatisation devrait être revue en début de saison. Après la panne dans les chambres en début de séjour, la climatisation du salon/cuisine est tombée en panne après le black out de l’électricité jeudi soir mais Villanovo et la propriétaire ont solutionné ce désagrément.

Les parties communes très bien optimisées. On se sent vite comme à la maison. Notre séjour a été bien organisé par l'équipe de Villanovo, réactivité. Et on apprécie le petit guide sur Ibiza livré avant le départ.
La maison se trouve proche d'une route et tout le côté chambre n'est pas isolé du bruit.

Wow, this villa checks all boxes. Situated in a great location, Frigolar is a very comfortable and enjoyable place. I stayed with friends from June 22-27, 2022. We were with a group of 6 people. The villa offers a great view and lots of privacy. The outdoor veranda is nicely situated to allow to stay in the shadow if you prefer. The kitchen equipment flawless, the BBQ in good shape, the pool was relaxing and fun, beds were comfortable to sleep. Well done and thumbs up for the owner. I can truly recommend this place. There is nothing to dislike. We locked the safe by error and we asked Emily (staff) to open it. There was a slight misunderstanding about what we would like to achieve (open the safe). But this was just a minor thing and did not impact any of our judgements.
