The villa

Guaita is a bright, modern 150 m² home in sunny residential Serrabrava, 5 km from central Lloret de Mar and 3 km from the sea. The private garden has a kidney-shaped 4 x 8 m pool, 1.2–1.8 m deep, available April–October. Parking is nearby; a supermarket, restaurant, bar and bakery are 200 m away. The air-conditioned living/dining room has international digital TV and a decorative fireplace, with access to the garden and pool. Four air-conditioned bedrooms each have digital TV: three have double beds, while the children's room has twin beds. One double room also has a double sofa bed; another has a single sofa bed and an en-suite shower, bidet and WC. The large kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Cala de Canyelles offers diving, sailing and a marina. Tossa de Mar is 11 km away. A car is recommended. Suitable for families; groups and youth groups are not accepted. The neighbourhood is particularly noise-sensitive, so quiet, considerate behaviour is required.
