The villa
Built around 1920 above Domaso on Lake Como's western shore, this detached villa enjoys 180-degree views and sunshine throughout the day. Renovated in 2011–12, it retains many original features. The 500 m² garden includes an 8 x 4 m pool, outdoor shower, loungers, barbecue and a covered terrace of around 100 m². Across three floors, the villa offers a modern kitchen, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and lake-view balconies. The top-floor apartment has its own kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two shower rooms, one with a washing machine. Wi-Fi and cots for children up to three or four years are available. Walking trails lead to Domaso and Vercana, with restaurants, shops and bars. Explore Como, Lecco, Milan and Valtellina, or enjoy sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing, tennis, golf and boat hire nearby.
