The villa

This detached cliff-top villa overlooks the Atlantic and Calheta's village, marina and sandy beaches, just 1 km away. Around 400 m² of interiors span two floors, with modern open-plan living and three spacious sea-view bedrooms, all en suite, accommodating six in two king-size beds and two singles. A shaded gallery, barbecue area, sunny terrace, heated infinity pool and year-round flowering private garden invite outdoor living. Gated private parking, a guest toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a study with books add convenience. Wi-Fi, a Sonos speaker and a large HD television with international channels provide entertainment.
