The villa

Restored historic villa over three floors with a lift, wooden coffered ceilings, terracotta floors and elegant period furniture. Its 20,000 m² partly fenced park also contains a farmhouse with an enclosed courtyard occupied by a family. Peaceful, secluded and sunny, it lies 7 km from Borgo San Lorenzo, 20 km from Florence and 18 km from Lake Bilancino. The private 8 x 5 m pool, 160 cm deep, opens May–September; an outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue and parking are provided. The 700 m² interior includes games and billiards rooms, a sitting room, a living room with fireplace and TV, and two dining rooms. There are five double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and six bathrooms. The kitchen has five cooking rings, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and freezer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, high chair and cot for children up to two are available. Central heating is available only from 1 November to 27 March. Shops and the station are 7 km away; golf is 13 km and riding 10 km away.
