The villa

Set on a sunny slope in Pufels, 6 km from Ortisei, Kostner is a large two-apartment house with shared grounds, parking, ski storage and a ski-boot dryer. The owner lives in the house. Shops and lifts are around 6 km away; the ski bus stops 50 m away, with access to Seiser Alm and Seceda. This bright, tastefully furnished 300 m² apartment spans four levels, with extensive wood finishes and parquet floors. It has a living/dining room with satellite TV, seven bedrooms with TVs and en-suite bathrooms, and a separate WC. Two bedrooms each include a double bed and an additional single bed; the others have twin beds. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee maker.
