The villa
La Bonne Nouvelle is a detached 450 m² villa set in greenery, 2.9 km from Méounes-lès-Montrieux. Its private, enclosed three-hectare grounds include a maintained 3,000 m² garden and a fenced, heated 20 x 8 m saltwater pool available year-round. A children's pool, hot tub and pool house with fridge, shower and WC complete the pool area. Inside are a fitness room, billiards room and a large living room with flat-screen TV, decorative fireplace and terrace access. The spacious kitchen has a dining table, TV, oven, dishwasher, five cooking rings, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Four double bedrooms have private bath or shower facilities; two also include trundle beds, and the upstairs rooms open onto balconies. Air conditioning, a large furnished terrace with ten loungers, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and Wi-Fi are available. Covered parking accommodates two cars. Almanarre beach is 36 km away, with Sainte-Baume walking routes within reach. Youth groups are not accepted.
