Property is great - very well setup and the quality and nature of the property is amazing.
High quality staff - Nelly and Mitud (excuse spelling!) were great
We had a few issues:
- electric system cut out 4 times. 2 of those were specific to the house. Appreciate that this is uncontrollable, and the team responded well to these incidents. Communication though was poor / non existent. The rationale given was that it was all in hand and that VPS was trying to keep me relaxed and out of the loop. But when it happens the 2nd night in a row, I was clear that I wanted updates. I should have received a call to update me and tell me what was going on.
- wasps - again, a tough one to manage as a natural environment issue. It was extreme at the outside table though and we ended up eating inside a fair bit after approximately 10 bites across our family! The
