The villa
Set on a sunny, secluded hillside in Monticanaglia, this villa is 8 km from Porto Cervo, 4 km from San Pantaleo and 5.5 km from the sea. The property has two apartments; the owner occupies an independent part. The kitchenette includes four hotplates, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Air conditioning, warm-air heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and high chair are provided; a cot is available. A covered 35 m² terrace has furniture, barbecue, loungers and panoramic pool and woodland views. One pet/dog is allowed; animals live nearby. A smoke detector and extinguisher are provided.
