The villa
A few minutes' walk apart, La Paloma Uno and La Paloma Dos offer 315 m² for 12 guests on a 12,700 m² estate near Sa Ràpita in southern Mallorca. Spacious grounds provide plenty of places to relax, alongside a 12-metre pool. La Paloma Uno sleeps eight across two independent units totalling 220 m². Each has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; one unit is air-conditioned. One has a kitchen fireplace, while the other has a fireplace in its large living room, a table for 12 and a particularly well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. A laundry room includes a washing machine. La Paloma Dos offers 95 m² for four guests. Its lower-ground floor has a cosy living and dining area, a small kitchenette and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to another en-suite bedroom upstairs. The natural beaches of Des Covetes and Es Trenc are just three to five minutes away by car.
