Downstairs, an open kitchen connects to air-conditioned dining and living areas opening onto the terrace, alongside three bedrooms. Upstairs, rooms beneath comfortably high sloping ceilings include an air-conditioned bedroom/playroom with a sofa, TV, games and children's books. The enclosed garden features a covered terrace with table tennis and a washing machine, plus a pergola-shaded terrace with barbecue and garden and pool views. The private 10 x 5 m pool is 1.40 m deep, with loungers and an optional removable fence. A summer kitchen opens directly onto the pool area. Shops are 1 km away. Explore Avignon and its July festival, the Alpilles villages of Saint-Rémy and Les Baux, or Arles and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer in the Camargue. Please note: the upstairs staircase is quite steep, and the owner's cat may visit the garden.
