The villa
Renovated in 2023, historic Le Corti di San Rocco stands in a sunny, elevated position 100 m from central Cossombrato. Private fenced grounds of 5,000 m² feature flowers, a natural garden, a 100 m² kidney-shaped pool, open April–November, a hot tub and furnished terraces. Parking and an electric vehicle charging point are provided. Groceries and a bakery are 100 m away; Asti is 14 km, Alba 45 km and Turin 65 km away. A car is recommended; youth groups are not accepted. The 650 m² villa spans two levels, with modern furnishings, a 40 m² living room and a 30 m² dining room opening onto terraces. The large kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, five gas burners and coffee maker. Twelve bedrooms offer double, twin and family arrangements, with shower/WC facilities; some upstairs rooms have mezzanine beds. An open attic passage room has a double bed, and some sleeping areas are open galleries or alcoves rather than enclosed rooms. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a cot for children up to two and two additional WCs are provided. Large terraces enjoy lovely views.
