The villa

Set in a residential area 2 km from Les Issambres, this south-facing, two-storey villa is 200 m from the sea and a pebble beach. Its enclosed 1,800 m² grounds feature a private 8 x 4 m saltwater pool, open April–October, an outdoor shower and parking for four cars. The spacious, modern 230 m² interior has an air-conditioned living/dining room with flat-screen TV and an open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, freezer and coffee maker. Five air-conditioned bedrooms comprise four doubles and one twin, with three bathrooms and a separate WC. Several rooms open onto the garden, terrace or balcony. A south-facing 20 m² balcony and partly covered 30 m² terrace offer panoramic sea views, outdoor furniture and an electric barbecue. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, electric heating, an alarm and a smoke detector are provided. A restaurant is 400 m away, the marina 2 km and an 18-hole golf course 10 km. Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and Cannes are within reach. Non-smoking; youth groups are not accepted. Entrance and parking areas have video surveillance.
