The villa
In Cannes-et-Clairan, two independent villas welcome up to 10 guests, each with a heated private pool, hot tub and enclosed wooded garden. Set in a quiet residential area beside the forest, they offer easy access to Nîmes, the Cévennes and the Bambouseraie d'Anduze. The first villa has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with high ceilings and French windows overlooking the garden and pool. Upstairs are two bedrooms, including a main suite. Outside are loungers, garden seating and a pool-house gym, plus a gas barbecue, table tennis and board games. The renovated second villa sleeps four over two levels, with a bright open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining space. A designer staircase leads to an open mezzanine bedroom overlooking the lounge. A spacious ground-floor bedroom, elegant shower room and private terrace with hot tub complete the accommodation. The owners live in an adjoining house on site and can help arrange additional services on request.
