The villa
Los Abilios is a spacious villa in a charming residential neighbourhood on Palma's outskirts. Its walled outdoor area offers a private pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and several terraces, including a rooftop terrace with sweeping views. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue invite shared meals amid Mediterranean plants, with parking in the garden. Inside, dark wood, natural colours and rustic furniture create traditional Mallorcan warmth. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms, two individually styled bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs are four further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a large bathtub. Palma's centre is around 5.5 km away and easily reached by bus; Platja de Can Pere Antoni is approximately 10.5 km away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Groups aged 23 or under and stag parties are not accepted; bookings may be refused or stays terminated without refund.
