Mar d'es Teix is an elegant natural-stone finca on Mallorca's east coast, sleeping up to 12 and suitable for families, groups and family events, including weddings. A palm-lined drive leads to parking. The southeast-facing pool terrace has loungers, parasols and an outdoor lounge; a covered terrace with summer kitchen is ideal for barbecues and candlelit dinners. Across two open-plan floors, the house offers an entrance hall, a lounge with fireplace, a spacious dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and a guest WC downstairs. Stairs lead to a gallery with a desk and sofa, then sleeping areas with private bathrooms, including a room for four and two double rooms. Near S'Espinagar, between Portocolom and Porto Cristo, the peaceful grounds enjoy sea views, around 3 km from shops and the beach. The coast road leads to coves and promenades such as Cala d'Or. This privately managed property may not be covered by EU consumer legislation; the same customer service is offered as for professionally managed accommodation.
