The villa
Mediterranean-style Marimont sits on a gentle hillside, with blue sea views, the distant Sierra de Tramuntana and the Serra de Llevant nature reserve behind it. Its carefully tended garden reveals shaded hammocks, mosaic tables and a brick bench among lush planting, pale blue and white accents and natural stone. The pool beside the house offers complete privacy and quality loungers. A pool-house lounge provides summer shade, with an extendable protective cover for cooler or rainy days. The shaded covered terrace has stylish seating for barbecue evenings, while atmospheric lighting makes the outdoor dining area, pool-house lounge and pergola inviting after dark. Inside, the ground-floor entrance opens into a bright, cosy living room with a flat-screen satellite TV. The open dining area leads directly to the terrace and has a glass table seating six. A second large table on the covered terrace provides another space for gathering.
