The villa
Set in Marina Sant Jordi, 6 km from L'Ametlla de Mar, this welcoming detached villa enjoys a quiet, sunny location 1 km from the sea, beach, supermarket and restaurant. Its private 10 x 5 m pool is open April–October and maintained by the owner or gardener. The comfortable 300 m² interior spans two levels, with a living/dining room featuring digital TV and a stereo. Downstairs are one double bedroom with bath/shower, two twin bedrooms, a shower/WC and a kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker, opening onto the garden. Upstairs is a double bedroom with dressing area and shower/bidet/WC. A large garden, outdoor furniture, loungers and panoramic views invite relaxation. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and nearby parking are provided. There is no heating. Family-friendly and non-smoking; a car is recommended. Youth groups are accepted only on request. Nearby outings include the Ebro Delta nature park, Tarragona and PortAventura.
