The villa
This peaceful detached finca near Calas de Mallorca occupies a private 15,000 m² plot. All rooms are on one level. The spacious open-plan living room connects to a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and sliding glass doors open onto the terrace. A utility room has a washing machine and extra fridge. Four bedrooms comprise two doubles and two twins, served by three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bath. Bedroom air conditioning operates only from 21:00 to 09:00. The welcoming veranda has dining and lounge areas overlooking the pool, Calas de Mallorca and the coast beyond. Outside are a private garden, a 10 x 4 m pool with a maximum depth of 1.9 m, a built-in barbecue and a private children's play area with a swing and slide. Wi-Fi, two private outdoor parking spaces and contactless arrival and departure are available. No heating, pets, smoking or youth groups.
