The façade of the property remains in fact unchanged retaining the structure of a typical wine making facility. Living Spaces From the courtyard, a large stair of approximately 20 steps leads into an elegant, sun-filled double living room with distinct dining and sitting areas, centered around a striking glass decorative fireplace. The space is crowned by a vaulted frescoed ceiling and defined by pristine white floors set against soft grey walls, creating a serene and sophisticated palette. A bespoke wooden dining table paired with canary-yellow molded designer chairs introduces a confident touch of contemporary style. Generous, plush sofas form the heart of the living area, framed by large windows that flood the room with natural light throughout the day. Floating shelving enhances the room’s sculptural, gallery-like character, while the overall design achieves a refined balance between warmth and modernity. The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen is bright and impeccably designed, featuring a central cooking island and a large picture window overlooking the surroundings. A discreet guest bathroom completes this level. Outside Features The villa boast a 30,000 sq feet manicured garden where a generous infinity edge salt-water swimming pool, complete with sun beds and umbrellas, is the belle of the ball. Just next to it, a beautiful sun room with glass walls, a great space to enjoy when tired of sunbathing or willing to just lounge in the shade. An additional charming covered terrace, located beside the kitchen, offers an ideal setting for morning breakfasts and elegant al fresco dinners.
