The villa

The historic city center of Lucca is only 7 km from the house, making it a good base from where to enjoy the countryside living while being close by a town. The farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials like beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and maintaining an original pizza oven and barbecue outside the main entrance. Furthermore, it has been equipped with all modern comforts in order to allow guests to fully enjoy their holiday. There is wi-fi available to guests as well as mosquito nets at all the windows. Montefiore can host up to 10 guests, there are six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four bedrooms are double and two are single bedrooms. The bedrooms, apart from one of the single ones, have been equipped with A/C included in the price. A particular feature of this property is the totally fenced swimming pool ideal for families travelling with children. Furthermore, the swimming pool as been equipped with upstream swim and furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs where past travellers enjoyed to relax. Lucca is one of the cities most loved all of Tuscany, a stop that can not really miss in a classic itinerary to the discovery of the region. It is an ideal location for clients looking to explore the Tuscan region. Please note, the last few miles of the road leading to the property are quite curvy and pass through beautiful high antique stonewalls. Being the road quite narrow on some points, we recommend to those not familiar with this kind of country roads not to hire large vans.
