The villa
On Mallorca's east coast, this welcoming villa is around 800 m from a 890-metre-long beach. A green lawn leads to two terraces with a hanging chair, rocking chairs and partial shade. The pool has comfortable loungers, and a gas barbecue makes outdoor meals easy. Inside, a bright living room with a fireplace and television offers a peaceful retreat. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table nearby. Four bedrooms accommodate eight: one has an en-suite bathroom and terrace access, two have twin beds, and the smallest has children's bunk beds. Two further bathrooms add convenience. The urban setting offers easy access to local amenities and walks to neighbouring S'Illot. A safari zoo and lively Cala Millor are both 4 km away. Air conditioning may only be used from 9 pm to 9 am in bedrooms and 2 pm to 7 pm in the living room. The property is managed by a private owner rather than a business, so EU consumer legislation may not apply.
