Villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with capacity for 8 people and spectacular views of the sea, located in the quiet urbanization of Binibeca. The villa has a large outdoor area with a private pool with hammocks where you can relax and sunbathe, as well as a large garden. There is also a terrace with tables and chairs where you can enjoy al fresco meals as well as the nice views or the beautiful sunsets. Inside, besides to the bedrooms and bathrooms, we find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need as well as a living room with sofas and television. There is also a dining room with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy moments with family or friends. The villa enjoys a perfect and comfortable location, just 13 km from the airport, and just 1 km from the beautiful white sand cove of Binibeca Nou.

Localisation, espace extérieur avec grande terrasse et piscine, grand canapé intérieur et bcp de vaisselle pour pouvoir être nombreux à table, literie confortable, lit bébés supers aussi

Barbecue ne fonctionne pas, pas de volet occultant la lumière dans une des chambres (mais en soit pas si grave du tout c’est vraiment pour trouver qqch à dire)
