The villa
Lovingly maintained by its Spanish owner, Port Verd is a spacious villa well suited to family gatherings. White fabric drapes stir in the sea breeze, lending the outdoor areas a relaxed charm. The poolside terrace, also shaded with white fabric, creates an inviting lounge area overlooking the vivid blue pool and the fields and meadows beyond. Outdoors, there are 20 seats and 12 sun loungers. The pool has both steps and a small ladder; children can splash on the upper steps under supervision. Enter through the main door or one of the large French windows. The main entrance leads into a foyer over five metres high, with a broad staircase connecting the living areas and upper floor. Generous bedroom and bathroom space makes shared holidays comfortable.
