Built in 1850 and fully renovated in 2010–2011, Villa Primo pairs modern design with a natural-stone façade and traditional Mallorcan charm. A broad terrace, quality garden furniture, a large pool and extensive lawns offer space for family relaxation. Enjoy volleyball and a private floodlit tennis court, followed by an outdoor barbecue. Inside are welcoming rustic living spaces, a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen and a fireplace. There is room for two families, fast internet and thick walls that help maintain a comfortable temperature. All four spacious double bedrooms have air conditioning. Two stylish bathrooms are complemented by an outdoor bathroom. Set in southern Mallorca between Llucmajor and Arenal, the villa is 7 km from Llucmajor's shops and Wednesday and Friday markets. Calo de Sant Antoni and Arenal beaches are a short drive away. The property is privately managed, so EU consumer protection legislation may not apply.
