The villa

Built in 2005 on a 2,000 m² hillside plot among olive trees, this detached Provençal villa offers panoramic views over Nice, Vence and the Mediterranean. Its 290 m² interior accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms with three bathrooms. Comforts include partial air conditioning, underfloor heating in selected areas, a fireplace and fans. The equipped kitchen has an induction hob, capsule coffee machine and dishwasher; a washing machine and tumble dryer are for guests' exclusive use. Outside, the private saltwater pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and summer house. The terraced garden offers space to unwind, while an OFYR grill and large terrace invite shared outdoor meals. Vence's old town, restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Cagnes-sur-Mer's beaches, Nice airport and the Promenade des Anglais are a 15–20-minute drive away, with medieval villages and local markets to explore nearby. Pets are not permitted.
